Process and controls

A controlled journey from verification to settlement.

Each stage has a clear owner, evidence requirement, status, and financial consequence. Participants see what is required before the next action becomes available.

01

Business onboarding and verification

The organisation, authorised representatives, beneficial owners, and bank details are reviewed before marketplace access is enabled.

02

Invoice submission and review

The issuer submits invoice details and supporting evidence. Operations teams can approve, reject, or request a specific correction.

03

Risk classification and auction scheduling

Approved receivables receive a documented risk assessment and auction parameters before becoming visible to eligible investors.

04

Firm investor bidding

Investors review the debtor, evidence, maturity, yield, and estimated economics before confirming a firm bid.

05

Funding, reconciliation and settlement

Incoming funds are matched to controlled references before settlement approval and issuer payout. Every financial state remains traceable.
