This interim notice explains how information submitted during AfriRuil’s prelaunch period is used. The complete platform privacy notice will be published after legal approval and before participant onboarding opens.
AfriRuil records your name, work email, optional company, marketplace interest, consent time, invitation status, and registration status so that it can manage prelaunch communication and issue private registration invitations.
The information is used for launch access and related operational communication. It may be processed by contracted hosting and email-delivery providers acting for AfriRuil and is not sold to third parties.
Waiting-list records are retained through the launch invitation period and reviewed after launch. Contact AfriRuil through the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of your waiting-list information.
The approved platform notice will additionally address identity verification, financial records, document retention, security, data-subject rights, regulatory requirements, and cross-border processing where applicable.
